Stock Preflight

Stock Preflight is a desktop application designed to help stock photographers, illustrators, and AI-content creators identify possible image problems before submitting their work to stock marketplaces.

The application analyzes images locally and provides a detailed preflight risk score, issue list, and visual problem indicators. It helps contributors identify technical and visual defects that could increase the risk of content refusal.

Stock Preflight does not guarantee acceptance by Adobe Stock or any other marketplace. It provides local pre-submission guidance to help users inspect and improve their content before uploading.

Automatic Folder-Based Workflow

Users select a Stock Preflight root folder from the application settings. The system automatically creates and manages the required workflow folders.

Images placed inside the Ready folder are detected and analyzed automatically.

Depending on the result, each file is moved to the appropriate folder:

• Preflight Passed — no major technical blockers detected
• Needs Fix — technical or visual problems require correction
• Manual Review — uncertain legal, AI, text, release, or intellectual-property risks
• Reports — detailed analysis reports

Duplicate filenames are automatically renamed safely, preventing existing files from being overwritten.

Stock Preflight evaluates several areas of image quality and submission readiness.

The application checks:

AI-related results are presented as risk indicators and manual-review recommendations rather than guaranteed AI detection.
